ABOUT US

Dilcon Community School has been a recipient of the 21st Century Community learning Center Grant for 4 years now. We offer afterschool tutoring, homework help and enrichment activities  that focus on STEM, literacy, physical activity and social emotional well being.

The purpose of this website is to keep in touch with students and offer resources so that  you all can keep busy during this unexpected school closure.  I will do my best to make sure you have plenty to do however, as things are going, all activities will be done at home or online.  The school will remain closed to visitors for the time being.

With that said, HI EVERYONE!!! I hope each and every one of you are well and are in the comforts of your home.  It is so important that we remain at home with our loved ones so as to remain germ-free.  I too, am at home with my family and am taking special care and practicing social distancing.  As I was working with my kiddos last week, I couldn't help but to think of every single one of you.  I wondered what you are doing with all your extra time at home.

So I decided...I'd like to continue to reach out and try to help keep you all keep busy.  I've made it my mission to provide you with all the online programs that you would have access to in the afterschool program.  I'm also looking to upload a few videos, tutorials and other resources that you can use while at home.  Please feel free to contact me if you need help with anything.  Stay safe and keep reading!
